I’m
angel!
I am a wife, mama, primary teacher, born and raised midwesterner, and lover of all things pink! I love teaching all subjects but phonics is my real jam! I enjoy helping other primary teachers level up their instruction by providing all the things fun and engaging, all while sharing what has worked for my kiddos and me. So, kick the stress and frustration to the curb, grab yourself a Pink Drink, and come along for the ride!
I am a kindergarten teacher who has taught in all primary grades. I have helped other primary teachers take hold of their instruction and create a system that sets them and their students up for success!
After being in the classroom for 9 years, I have found that teaching Littles how to read is one of my absolute favorite things. Wow, what a crazy, beautiful trip it is to see a child come into school, not knowing a single letter, to reading books! There's really nothing like being witness to the pride they feel through each step of the way.
I also really enjoy making fun and engaging resources to help students learn, and that's where this journey to The Sweet Life of Primary comes into play! My ultimate goal is to make your life easier. I want to help you take back control of your life outside of contract hours, while also providing your students what they need to continue to learn and grow.
